African cichlid help

yesterday i noticed one of my african had a mouth full of eggs. i dont know what kind of african it is probaly a hybrid. my question is can they have eggs without a male( obviously the eggs are not fertilized) because i havve no clue who the dad could be. i also didnt see any breeding "dance".

how many africans have you gt in there. im assuming there malawi cihlids. do you now much about any of the 1z you have many gender. becus if not yu cud have a secret hiding male lol.. possible they wont hatch. but if yu have more than 1 african in there then yu mite have a few baby fry in about a month

i have 15. with lots of filtration. i honnestly dont know how to tell the difference between male and female (their not my fish my moms) i ll try to get some pics or a video.

the eggs are probably already fertilized. the female will hold them for several weeks before releasing the fry. try to keep your water at 80 or a touch above.
