Ok so i have one very agressive fish in my tank.. it kind of bit one of my nicest Yellow labs but its not that bad should i put it into my hospital tank and treat it?

sure why not....but theres a good chance the aggression continues once it heals up and goes back if the aggressor is there
I would remove it and treat with melafix until healed. You don't want an open wound getting infected.
Rearranging the tank might help, but only in the short-term.

So what attacked the yellow lab, the powder blue?
I had to get rid of a Cobalt Blue once b/c it was harassing everything else in the tank.
