actually the background is just a paper background i found at a local pat store, looks pretty real, lol.
love the tank u gave me some great ideas for my tank lol.
does the parrot pick on the others?
have u ever thought about putting a lace cat in with them instead of a pleco?

No, have not thought about that. Will them lace cat do ok with the africans? And the parrot does not bother the africans at all. it will have its moment when the other fish come near her pot, lol, but other than that, shes fine with them.
iv had a lace cat in with my cichlids for ever and they get along great if im not mistaken they live in some of the same lakes as the africans do so thats why they get along so well
by the way love the pot i dont know why i never thought of that i put a small one in with mine this morning and they are loving it
