I wouldn't advertise that anyone in CA has them. Xenopis laevus is illegal to possess in CA.

Arizona, California, Hawaii, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina, Oregon, Utah, Virginia, and Washington need a permit.

Permits for obtaining and maintaining ACFs are issued for research institutions (for genetic research, etc.) The species is listed as (D) - Detrimental to the environment and other species.
