Some of you might find this quite funny, others might find this a bit cruel. But I warned my girlfriend about keeping her ADF in the tank with the Arowana. We have a perfectly functioning 20g community tank that the frog could have free reign in. She refused, her logic being “it would be torture to move her to such a small tank”. Granted, the frog was in the 125g long before the aro was, but the stupid frog would be content with a puddle of water... I came home today and the aro was cruising around with a fat belly, which was odd because I didn’t feed him this morning, and the frog mia. Not sure how I’m going to handle the situation lol.

Since you asked, I'd offer to take her out to buy a new frog. She'll figure out what she did wrong without any help and if not, this isn't the time to "help." In things of this sort, I find that most people prefer to noodle it on their own.
It was only a matter of time before that frog went up for air and got popped! Made for a nutritious meal for the little fella
