African dying, need help!

I just looked over at my african tank to see my greshakei floating at the top at near death. It looks horrible almost like its already dead. The other fish have started to pick and eat him and all the fins look torn. It is currently looking straight at the surface with its mouth out of the water and loosing its balance very easily.

I have put him in a breeder box to separate him from the rest, so he is no longer being picked on(they have always picked on this fish)

Anyone know what this is? and know how to fix it?
