I've had an interest in the eel catfish for some time, my favourite is Eely who despite the wisdom of the books and sources i've read are only 12 inch max yet is around 16 inches. Just wondering if anyone had any other experiences or tips on breeding and optimum care???

Not much about them, need clean water or they get bacterial infections, carnivous but take pellets, near neutral ph, like to burrow. Temp 72-78 F.
