African Knife Fish

I just picked up a 4" african from my lfs, and I am wondering what everyone feeds them?

I feed mine Cooked Shrimp,Spirlina,and Cichlid Pellets. But do not feed the shrimp all the time.

How about nightcrawlers and frozen blood worms?

That should work out fine. Knives aren't really picky eaters.

ummm i keep mine on pellets, freeze dried krill and live feeders

mine use to eat all frozen food and even dried tubifex

rosies and cichlid sticks, and also pea puffers, yeah, that would be my bad i actually forgot they were in there till i saw them playing in the plants then they disappeared

Mine ate live earthworms, frozen bloodworms, mysis shrimp, krill, prawns, and the occasional piece of silverside.
