Will the nostril on an african knife fish grow back? I noticed one at the local Petsmart that looks healthy except it's missing one nostril.

Mine was missing one when I got one from petsmart and has grown back completely here a picture. Hard to tell in pics but is like it was never missing nothing special was done to help the healing process.
Thanks. I may go look and see if they still have it tomorrow. I've almost got my 100 up and running.
