african lung?

how agressive are they?....i found some that are around 10"+ for $40 and i am thinking about it, but i would like some more info on them...like growth rate, attitude, best diet, ect...thanx

They get progressively more aggressive as they grow, eventually ending up alone.

i've a 24 inch african lungfish in with a PNT and are fine together ....but it's killed two 8 inch Flagtails recently

I have an African Lungfish that is about 14". He has grown about an inch a month since I've purchased him.

He has an easy-going temperment. I currently have him housed with a 6" pleco, and they get along fine. However, I used to have hundreds of snails in the tank, including several large snails (4"+), and as of yesterday, he has eaten ALL OF THEM.

I suspect this is a pattern with them.

mine lives with 8 bichirs florida gar, silver arowana, 8 silver dollars clown knife fish. it doesn't seem to bother them at all. currently at 15" and with tank mates as small as 3", it seems mellow.
