african lungs and ich

a couple of my lungs tankmates are coming down with ich. will normal ich treatment affect an african lung in a negative way?

i did treatment of my lung's tank mates using salt, heat and med, no impact of them...

Try to avoid meds...use salt, bump up the temp...and you can also try to blind your tank for 72 hours or more......salt works great..by the way..
