African Pike dog food?

I came home from work today. Went to feed the fish. I noticed my 7"-8" African Pike was missing. I looked everywhere around the tank. My tank is "Arrowana Proof". I have no idea where the fish is. I looked for a good 30 mins or so. My only guess is that my dog heard him jump out and had it for lunch. Are these fish known for jumping? Will this have any advers affect on my dog?....Help please.

Any fish will jump.



You're dog could have eaten it. He'll be fine. He might get some funny looking poop. But contrary to popular belief, it's safe for dogs to eat WHOLE fish. Including head, bones and all.
So that wouldnt worry me.

Do you have any other fish in the tank? I had a bala shark dissapear.. No trace of him. I didnt think my Arowana could eat him... but he did. LOL

Check the stools for the next week
