african pike with silver dollars ??

Hello I am thinking about getting an African pike for my tank but I hear they are not good with silver colored fish ...how are they with silver dollars does the shape of a silver dollar keep them from bothering them ...etc also the tank houses a baby hystix ray

The odoe will likely show some aggression but not to the point where one would die, it's very feasible imo. I'd do it if I could find large enough dollars so they won't become food, I want more activity in my tank. But my curu is so greedy

My odoes never showed any aggression towards other fish only a mild chase with each other. What size is your tank?

I don't have the fish yet I was researching first the tank is a 90gallon wave front

The spotted silver dollars are 2inch and the hystrix is 5inches if I did get an African pike it would be 3inches that's the size my fish guy could order them at

Idk rays mouth size in comparison to their body or nothing though so it might be fine

Same size on no's and SD is a match made in heaven. But any curu will act as st. Peter. Lol
