Africans reproduce how often?

My african has released her 10 fry and they are doing well! My question is, how long before she could possibly have more? How long between pregnancy's? I would imagine as soon as your female has a full belly again... Best guess a couple months

Varies on the specific fish. I have one female that's pregnant every 3-5 weeks after she releases. Another is only 1-2 times a year.

I agree. I have had females that only go a week or two than they are holding again. Not a healthy thing. Its best they get some recoup time. My old otter point female had so many litters in a row that by her last one she was painfully thin. I stripped her and took her out of the main tank.
