Im thinking of adding my Vittatus AFT to my 200G community tank...
What do you that have some experience with them think of that?

The fish in the 200G are
1x Paroon shark / Pangasius sanitwongsei ~10"
1x Clown Knife / Chitala chitala ~14"
1x Black Ghost Knife / Apteronotus albifrons ~10"
1x Lima Shovelnose / Sorubim Lima ~10"
2x Polypterus Palmas palmas ~10"
3x Polypterus Palmas polli ~10"
2x Polypterus Senegalus ~8"
2x Polypterus Ornatipinnis 8-10"
3x Ropefish / Erpetoichthys calabaricus ~12"
1x Angelfish
3x Plecos
____

The VATF is 7"...

Would the VATF leave the other fish alone ?

I would be worried the paroon would eat him in a few months. It is highly unlikely that he would mess with any of the fish. Sorry I guess I read your stock list kinda fast. He may go after the knives and angel. I have a tiger mixed now with bass, rays, perch, and gars. No problem at all.

And his is a goliath.. vitt should be easier from what I heard..

R1 Ridah had a nice atf comunity tank.... but his tank is 600 gallons though

He had some cichla get nipped though I think from what I remember. His was goliath too I think. Unless we're talking about a different setup he had which is quite possible.. :)

not at all he will rip them up

do you have any experience with vittatus tiger fish to back that up ?
i have been told a few times that it could work with bigger fish that dont look like him and all in my 200G fit in that description.

But im not worried about the Paroon, he is a very calm individual and never bother other fish, not even feeders. Has never eaten a fish and doesnt bother anyone. But i will of course rehouse him when he gets too big.

I would just like to use the ATF tank for some other fish if its possible to put him in the 200G :)
