Yep same as my 9" it would grab small pieces of market prawn or squids. Larger pieces are chewed and spit back out as they are too large for the afro aro to swallow. I now stop feeding mine with blood worms as as it's only making a mess in my tank. It will also grab aro sticks. My first afro aro that I sold a long time ago only ate blood worms and krills and I spend to much money on foods back then. Now I'm hapy with my new one as it will eat anything as long as it can swallow it.

the trick is keeping them alive when they're that small mine was eating wonderfully for about 2 weeks then died from something internal. keep a close watch on that little guy they're awesome

i know my 14" eats like evrything haha and my 4" afros started eating pellets too =D
