after the oscar fish eggs hatched now what?

what should I do after my oscar's egg hatched?
should i remove the father or let them grow for about 2 months or even more with there dad?
or should i separate them with their dad?

please need help Co'z my albino oscar is starting to show some signs of breeding like their building their nest, lip locking for almost 3 days and what I've heard from oter fish keepers is that is a sign of near breeding.

so what should I do if ever the fry's starts to grow?

Once the eggs hatch, and you have fry, Monitor the parents. If you notice some of the fry missing, you can seperate the parents and fry. You can feed the fry crushed Omega one flakes.
