The M for the drink has no point at bottom or at top it's not the same. We can beat it , what are we going to call r self just big fish keepers. MONSTER FISH KEEPERS made a trade mark that lots of ppl , millions can relate to .
If some one ant gettin money they get mad. if they would think about it they have a lawsuit against a hobby not a store or a brand of clothes jus a term that we guys and maybe some girls call r self when we finally got big tank and r opinion of monster fish .
If any thing think of a catchy name make new web site because I'm still a MFK freedom of speech they can't send me lawsuit .

also here is something to consider too there is other websites that use monster in its name / logo. for example monsterjobs and as far as I know its never been sued. I really want mfk to win and I do not see how it would hold up in court cause the two ms are different in the way they are drawn and look. we are monster fish keepers not an energy drink

I havent been following this very much but if i was the judge in this case i would laugh at monster energy and dismiss the case seriously what a joke

I think this should be thrown out as a frivolous lawsuit!

I don't see how this can hold up in court it's clearly not like MFK is trying to be like anyone except MKF!!!
