AG snappers and gators dallas, texas

My buddy is looking for some ag snapping turtles and small gators In Dallas.Or if anyone that knows of a place where he can get one on his way there on HWY 10 or 4 please pm me

hwy 10 is way down in houston, it doesn't come up here to dallas. but if you are looking for snappers plano pets might have some but i'm not sure. he might need to have a liscences to get gators and snappers.
