I have a 12 month old hybrid male mum leo dad pearl the hybrid is 10 inch with fully rolled claspers he is in a tank with his mum and another adult female leo last night I found the tank full of sperm wanted to know if anyone else has experienced this with such a young male

I wouldn't say it's impossible, usually around 18 months, and who knows genetics in that ray. But personally, haven't heard of a case of anything around a year old breeding

my mistake was not a sperm plug but an aborted embryo from the leo female aborted 2 more the next day

As said 12 months is a little early they normally ready at around 18 month plus but your male is fully rolled as you said and it has been known for males to mature early but it's not the norm.
