I have an aggressive ebjd in my 125 with a nic, sd, 2 plecos, and 3 swords. For a while the ebjd has been beating on the sd and is starting to lay into the nic. I will be adding to my stock this weekend and was hoping to get some opinions as to whether I should stock a little more aggressive that what is typical for an ebjd or figure once he/she has more neighbors the aggression will be more spread out. The ebjd is a little about 5" total length and the nic is about 4".

get more silver dollars. i have a aggressive ebjd too he doesn't like any cichlids in his tank that why he has bichir and other oddballs in with him. GL

I was thinking about more silver dollars, but the 1 I have is 9 years old out of a batch of three and I just lost the other 2 over the summer so I was trying to do something different. Chances are I'll get 4 more sd by monday.

I caved and bought 3 more sd, can't beat the way they look against my black background. Also picked up a redneck severum, its a little larger than the ebjd and the introduction went off without a hitch

sweet pics?

First off, Post some pics!!!

I love spunky ebjd's. You need a fish that can defend itself and is not too aggressive. A sev should go nicely.

Will try to get pics up tomorrow, wife is on the pc and my blackberry's camera doesn't do so hot with movement

sweet! :headbang2

The new guy and the ebjd. Can't realy tell by the pic but when you look closely you can tell the sev will have nice color once its gets comfortable. Note that I'm an electrician not a photographer.
