Aggression in my 125g

Alright I'm sick of fish fighting in my tank. The tank is 48Lx24W ill post pictures of it later. I originally had 4 angel fish in it and they killed eachother off. Now I have 4 oscars all under six inches, ornate bichir that's about 5 inches and 2 red tail catfish bigger one is about 5 inches and a 13inch fire eel.

So today we came home and our RTCs. Fins had bichir size bites out their fin and my smaller cat has his whole rear fin almost gone! I know plenty of people who have no problems mixing the 2.
I don't like over stocking my tanks but people tell me adding more will help with the agression, but I feel my tank is stocked.
Does anybody have any suggestions or do we just have a really mean ornate?

with 4 oscars and 2 red tails your way overstocked buddy. 2 oscars should be enough for that tank. and 4 foot by 2 foot wide is 120 gallons unless the height is diff ( 4 ft by 2ft by 2ft high is 120 ) so yah, get rid of 2 oscars and the 2 rtc and stick with 2 oscars and 1 ornate and you should be fine. unless ou have a plan to upgrade the rtc to a bigger tank as they have the tendency to grow to 3 foot just about.

the rtcs are just growing in there. They will being going in a heated pond. I know how big they get my buddy has a 4ft one. I was just saying for the size they are now is the tank overstocked?
