Would taking out all decor lower aggression with peacocks? Mine don't have aggression problems I was just wondering

I have found that removing decor actually does the opposite as it leaves the tank more open and there are less areas for the stressed fish to hide from the aggressors. Just my $.02.

Yes just like Stingrays said, you want more hiding spots not less, this helps them feel more secure and allows fish to hide from aggressors in the tank. I have alot of hiding places in my mbuna/hap tank and haven't had any aggression problems and they are way more aggressive than peacocks.
