Aggressive fish???????

I have a large Victorian set up but I have a stand that has the large on top and can but a smaller on the bottom. I want to know what fish I can get alone or in a pack that stays small that can fit in a 20-30gal tank. I want an aggressive fish I don't know what to get an ancient, a puffer any help would be great thanks

Black Rom would be my best guess, but that wouldnt fit to nicely in something that small... god man upgrade for a beast
 
were u at?
mottled sculpin would be good and they are beastly(cold water species)
mine chases and bites the siphon
 
i think a hujeta gar would be fine there not aggresive but there wicked fast predators.
 
whats a black rom, or another name for it?
