Whats the best way to mix north american cichlids without them killing one another? reds, dempesy, horns, victs, and others

The only "north" american cichlid I am aware of is a texas...

And Texas aren't even North American they are just closer to Texas border than most cichlids lol. Well now a days IDIOTS like to dump exotic species of fish into southern state lakes river resevouirs and such and kills all native species. It screws up food chain and how things live in the waters down there. As well as releases new parasitic invasions and bacteria into the waters which kill off native animals. People now think they are native species. FH are man made lmao! As wells as red texas lol. The rest are CA's. Their are millions of ways and techniques on trying to reduce aggression but I am to lazy to name them all so I'll give you one dither the crap out of the tank.

well technically Central America is part of North America so actually there are very many North American cichlids:screwy:

o and btw the "IDIOTS" who put the fish in the lakes in rivers was the DNRs of the states (im pretty sure) and the reason why they did it was to actually help balance the fish populations

Exactly! Do you call CA cichlids NA cichlids? And the DNR is NOT responsible for introducing oscars, jags, mayans , GOLD FISH Give me a break....;)

You do realize that the country south of our border is still North America...right?

No, that's not nearly correct.

Whats the best way to mix north american cichlids without them killing one another?

The best way to mix ANY cichlids is to figure out which ones are most compatable PER species, not per group or region, and then give them a large tank with plenty of decorations and hiding spaces to break up territories.
