I dont have any. In fact I think I have the most passive orinos on the planet. Is this normal? They are healthy and active but its almost as if they dislike food. They eat FD krill and feeder guppys. But they never eat enough to get a belly or anything like that. I always see these fat juvies and mine never eat alot. Is this normal?

if they are small then dont worry but if they are big put garlic with their food, garlic makes them hungry! :)

No. My boy tried to use garlic with his cichla and it lost all of its color. Don't do this.
 
My 2.5” – 3” Orinos also only eat in survival mode only. I’m hoping they will outgrow it. Anyway good luck with yours and sorry I can’t help.
 
mine eat anything that hits the water like crazy multiple times a day. over 4" already and have fed like this since i got them.
