first few times the cons might trip and eat the eggs. shouldn't really need to remove the parents or eggs after awhile. gonna be lots to observe if you let the eggs be.
I would leave the parents. It may take a few tries, but after a few, the parents will be very good. They will stir up food for the babies, gaurd them, and keep them together.
Leave them altogether and see what happens... I'm doing a bit of both at the moment. Two spawnings in the same tank - one had laid eggs on big bits of gravel, so I've moved them to a little tank to see what happens, and left the other spawning with the parents...to see what happens! Never bred Cons before, so it's all a bit of a learning curve! But a fun one. They keep surprising me!
