in general are EBJD more or less aggressive than frontosas to other species and where do carpinte escondido fit into the mix?? any opinions would be great

Frontosas are more aggressive when they are bigger.

EBJDs are typically about as aggressive as tetras and carpintis can differ greatly but are usually completely capable of defending themselves and dont usually start anything IME.

It all varies, any answer you get will be hit or miss. I've seen huge male fronts that were big puppy dogs, and my 6.5" EBJD runs my 220, even bosses around my big male GT.

Not trying to be a smartass, but GT's aren't that aggressive most of the time.
