If you mean Gymnotus carapo, then yes. Had mine kill a Pike Cichlid, but he does perfectly fine with goldfish... crazy.
Some tankmates work, some do not. Do you have one? Plan on getting one? What will it be going with in the tank, or what you would like to have it in the tank?

i would like to have one but it would be with a large needlenosed gar yellow tail barracuda,silver dollars,fire eel,pleco and red tailed payara so i probably wont get one
