anyone ever experieance weird things aroung this time?

i heard weird **** all the time in the house im living in at the moment. Two days ago i woke up to the sound of plates in my kitchen smashing. Then about an hour later I heard my chair in my room (where i was sleeping) tip over and fall on the ground, sat up and saw nothing out of place. I was home along once when my house mates were out and I heard the ladder up to the attic move as if someone was trying to climb up it. Later on in the day i heard someone upstairs using our bench press. I was home alone with the dogs.
