What a nice day today. I was outside all afternoon and I'm currently sporting the years first sunburn. Just had to share because even though I did crap today I still feel like I accomplished something. LOL

I got a nice tan going though, thanks to work I spend a stupid amount of time in a truck. Often in traffic. My left arm is quite a bit darker than the right.

I know how exciting one day of sunlight can be. I used to live in Syracuse. We saw the sun about once every 30 days.

Sunlight helps your body make Vitamin D... or something. Makes you feel good.
