Ok so I got home today and went to feed my 2 3"-4" red bellies they are in a 35g for now I plan to upgrade soon, and I noticed that my largest one was swimming back and forth more than usual, i mean they did this alot when they were littler but they haven't been doing it so much lately, they aren't rubbing against the gravel at the bottom of the tank or anything like that, my tank is at 70 degrees because my heater has been malfunctioning the past few days and i haven't gotten paid yet so i haven't been able to get a new one (but i will friday after i get paid) i dont see any white spots on them and they are eating fine. Is this ich or am i paranoid?:nilly:

Hmmm seems to early to make a decision yet, but if your that worried you could go and buy some meds for ick and if other symptoms start to appear then you will have the meds on hand, if not then you will have them for the future.

no need for getting med to treat ich. if it's indeed ich, you can just use salt (1 tablespoon for every 10g if remember correctly or was it 5g?? just search online and you'll find lots info. and bring the temperature to 82F)or simply raise the temperature above 86 deg. F for 10 days (i do two weeks just to be sure)

Like straight up table salt?

yea table salt would work just fine.
without iodin would be better but if all you have is iodized salt it would be fine as well.
