Just wanted to share my amaira. He’s about 24in now and is in 8x4 535g.

Thanks folks. He seems much larger in person frankly. He is starting to get larger from a girth stand point. This is the stage where they are suppose to slow down on growth. I typically feed massivore, but am trying to switch it up with shrimp recently. Hopefully that can help with growth continuing. I really want this guy to get to the 30In+ mark.

When he was small around 3-4in he caught some sort of bacteria or something that was the result of voltage leakage in his tank. I was able to get rid of it but it ate away a large chunk of the scales on his head which never fully healed.
