i contacted the person and they said were veering toward tearing down the tank. my question is can i cycle my tank with the infested liverock? or would i have to cure it? and how much would u pay for the infested rock? thanks

I wouldnt pay more then 2 or 2.50 a lb.

And because it is loaded down with aiptasia, lord knows what else is lurking in it.

I would pull it out, let it dry out and every thing die. Then use the rock. Much easier the trying to manage the aptasia any other way. And I mean dry out, for like a week.

Then you have some nice dirty LR that will deffinately kick start the cycle in your tank.
