oh which reminds me... back when i never knew what those things were.. i thought they looked very nice and pretty.. and possibly look kinda yummyy =^_^=

and was kinda fun to poke with a chop stick while visitng the lfs watching them disapear. But then i found out they were bad pest anomeneme things. =x

But... funny how u mention free anemoenemene.. while thinking about nano tanks earlier today... i was thinking of making a 2.5 nano aiptasia tank with a single hermit crab or something lol... A tiny tank just dedicated these unloved anemonemenes =^___^= not to say i wud want them in my main tanky =D but yeah the idea came to my head..
and funny how i saw this thread, oh cool that rhymes =^___^=

If you want to get rid of them, skip the kalk and "juice" treatments. Get a syringe and some muratic acid. Inject it into the base of the aptasia (stab into the rock if you have to). Just be careful if thry're on your acrylic - you don't want to use the acid.

Also, monitor the pH of your tank while you do this.

But they will really die!!!
