air bubbles in seam(picture inside)

I recently picked this tank up its from the 90s. I didn't notice these bubble when I got it, but after filling as I'm looking I noticed all these little bubbles on the seam. Should i be worried?

Also in precaution re caulked the tank over the existing silicone.

Any info would help. thanks.

Hey just my opinion based on all my research and those dont seem to be anything serious. I would check in the inner seams though. Also, silicone does not adhere to old silicone well. If anything, I would redo the inner silicone if you are that concern and if they inner seams seems worn
