air bubbles in seam(picture inside)

I recently picked this tank up its from the 90s. I didn't notice these bubble when I got it, but after filling as I'm looking I noticed all these little bubbles on the seam. Should i be worried?

Also in precaution re caulked the tank over the existing silicone.

Any info would help. thanks.

likely there since it was created, just fill it slowly and watch them.

I'd recommend test fill outside and leave it for a day or 2. How big is the tank and how did the silicone look when you got it? Careful of old silicone if it was dry for a long time but it doesn't look bad in that pic

looks normal. most tanks have bubbles like this if you look close enough.

these bubbles are incased in the primary seal of the tank and cause no harm at all.

from your pic, the seal appears to be in good condition.
