Air in hob overflow tube

I'm running a hob overflow with dual u tubes and I will always have to restart the same u tube everymorning due to air in the tube. My question is what is causing this and how can I resolve the issue?

That is going to be a hard one to answer without some pictures and/or some detailed set-up description...

try to lower your OFbox. It works for me.

or increase your return pump flow

Yeah, your flow might be a bit too low for both tubes. You can increase your flow or just remove one of the tubes depending on how much flow you actually have.
