Air pump advice needed

Hi,
I am going to run a 36" bubble wand at the bottom of my 48" tall tank.

I am looking at the following air pumps:
Coralife super luft 38
Coralife luft (7psi)
Whisper DW 96-2 / Whisper AP 300


Which one is the best for my application?

Also, are the super luft pumps noisier than the conventional models?

Any other air pumps I should look in to?

I have a coralite 65, running 4 sponge filters and 5 air stones, works great but, very noisey

do you feel the pump is hot?
like the 4 adjustable output is getting hot?
