How can i fix this problem? It was working fine until i moved my tanks... i switched the tubes from the one running a bubble wand to another running a bubble wand and this confirmed one output was pushing harder... what can i do?

both outputs have tubing connected to a check valve then directed to a bubble want in each tank so 2 lines of tubing and 2 check valves and 2 bubble wands
Swap the check valves to make sure they are not the problem. If not, the problem is likely a crack in the nylon housing inside the pump. The good news is that the price came down to $10...at least they did here for me.
