hello all i have a 75 gallon tank with a 4 inch albino oscar and a 5 inch red oscar and a 6 inch greem severum and a 6 inch rtc+tsn , i have two fluval 404 filters on full flow and they are rippling the surface of the water do i need a air pump and if so how should i do it and make it look appealing any help would be great

As long as the surface is being agitated, then no, you do not need an air pump.
BUT, if you notice that the fish seem to be gasping for air and moving towards the top of the tank, then you might want to think about it.
