I just bought a Stella w60 air pump and i noticed it has 2 outputs. Im only using one and I notice the other one is blowing out air. I understand that its suppose to do that hence "dual output" but without tubing in on the second output its little noisy. I was just going to cap it but I dont know if that will damage it. Any advice? I really dont need a second air wand but if thats what it takes then ill do.

My questions are:
1)can just cap off the second output?

2a) Will doing so damage the air pump?
2b) Or would it make the first output that much more powerful?

why don't you get a T connector and have both outputs go into 1 tube into the tank...would be pushing tons of air through the tank.

all you need is a valve and connect it to your other one.
