First off my tank is 75gal. I currently have a Hagen optima, Ive had it about 2 months. The optima is pretty loud and has been getting increasinly louder over the past 2 days. What would be a good pump to replace it with? I see that a lot of the bigger pumps have 2 outlet, but I only have 1 48" flexible bubble wand. If I get a pump with 2 outlets could I connect both lines to the one bubble wand with a t-fitting?

I dont think I really need the air pump, I have 2 AC110's and an XP3, I think I have adequate surface agitation. I mainly use the air pump because my girlfriend really likes the look of the bubbles and some of my cichlids seem to love swimming in the bubbles.

well i just bought a air pod 100 air pump from www.kensfish.com It is really quite and it does not vibrate at all. i paid 20 bucks for the air pump and i love it. yes u can run dual lines and put a tee value on it. i did that to my sponge filter and it works really good. this website is about 40 dollars cheaper then anywhere else i found

Thanks. I was just checking to see if you meant that is actually what you did or if you just figured it would work.
