What is the best kind of air pump I have a 610 gallon tank so it will be pumping the air about 10 foot from the top of the sump to the bottom of the tank

I would go with a deep water pond pump like a linear. Pondwaster ap40, 60, 100...
There are many makers and a vast price difference between all makers. The popular models/brands may not be THE best, but usually are less money then say an industrial or commercial model.
Many of the deep water air pumps are loud....just an FYI...
