Does anyone know of round airstones that is heavy enough to sit flat on my bare bottom tank? I am currently using some air stones I bought at petco, the shape is identical to this

However its too light and because of the inline tubing, it kind of sits on one side, slanted upwards. I just don't like it aesthetically and it also makes waste accumulate under it.

EDIT: Or preferably, a BALL (SPHERE) shaped airstone, like the one King of DIY has in his arowana tank.
