airating a turtle tank ??

i have a extra air pump and air wall and was thinking of putting it in my maps tank what do you guys think ??

I don't see it hurting anything. Might be a little extra entertainment for the turtle

If anything it will help stir up the waste in the tank and push it toward the filter intake.

Think about its natural environment. Also, think about if you had any fish from its natural environment, would you add an air pump? If you would, then why would it be any different for the turt?
