Airline passenger boards wrong plane and exits through emergency door!

A passenger who said he stepped onto the wrong plane at Newark Airport opened an emergency door and left the plane by way of of the the emergency slide that was activated this past Sunday.
United Airlines Flight 1640 bound for Tampa Florida was sitting at the terminal gate until Troy Fattun of Minnesota was arrested and removed from the area.

That's kind if how it went the last time I took a flight a few years ago and an attendant checked the passes of each passenger who was in line to board the plane.Either this guy's ticket was misprinted or he suffered some kind of panic attack.....or,he could have been high.

I guess that there is not much to stop a person from opening and going out of an emergency door on a plane..safety and security notwithstanding.

to some extent true, luckily they will not open once air born. but to let the guy get on with out proper ticket processing is border line un-excusable.
