This might seem like a dumb question but ive never ordered a fish online before so...

when a seller says s/he only delivers airport to airport, does that mean you must pick it up at the airport of your choice? If so how does it work? Is there an area of an airport that I dont know about that receives shipments?

I plan on ordering a ray soon but want to figure out everything before I go throu with it. I am also still in the process of researching which one would be best for this beginner, Im thinking about a Motoro or Leopoldi for my first. :)
Any other thoughts on ordering a ray online would also be appreciatted!!!

Thanks! :stingray:

The package will go to the incoming freight office at your airport. That's where you'll pick it up. Bring the tracking number with you to make finding the box easier for the freight workers.

The only other thought would be to not advertise that you're receiving a ray shipment in CA. If the freight office decides to check the package, you're done for.

Guess I didnt do enuf research yet, :( just learned that rays were illigal here in Cali.

thanks for da info oddball...

It's the prefered method of shipping because it takes 12 hours to go cross country and you can do 3 boxes for the same price as 1.

interesting.....thou i still want one!!!

just tell the law enforcment you didn't know. They will understand.

I dont believe saltwater ones are.

I posted the list in a couple of other threads around here. The CA list restricts all elasmobranchs. That means all sharks, rays, guitarfish, and sturgeons (basically, ALL cartilaginous fish) from freshwater or marine.
