Got some Ghost Shrimp from a store. Some of them had eggs. How should I protect the eggs? Also in the bag there is a pice of algae. Should I put the algae in my tank? Any help will be appreciated! Thanks! The Two Ghost Shrimp on the left have the eggs and the piece of algae is the picture.

No reason to put the algae into your tank. I dont like to put anything in my tanks for the LFS except the fish of course!

Ghost shrimp fry go througg a brackish water larval stage, so not likely you'll be able to raise the young even if they hatch...

If you are looking to breed shrimp, check out Cherry Red Shrimp / Crystal Red Shrimp / Tiger shrimp or any of the freshwater ornamental shrimp...

And yes, leave the algae out of the tank, unless you want an algae filled tank...
