It is what we have been calling Hemibagrus nemurus. Type in nemurus in the search box and you will learn much more and see mine too.
Will try get a better pic. Isit true these guys max out at 1 ft.

If you do the search I suggested and read the few informative threads that there are, it would appear so. The biggest IIRC was 14" TL. Mine is 5 years old and still under 12" TL I guesstimate while living in 1500 gal the last 3 years.
They are all farm-raised and all albino. Never seen a properly colored one or a wild caught one kept by anybody yet. Only fishermen catch pics. Some of those indeed may be 1.5'-2' TL.
